Ofgem's Industry Code Governance Review Final Proposals include recommending a move to revised templates for modification related documents. These would be standard across the major industry codes, and form part of the proposed Code of Practice. The drafts of the new templates below have been developed in light of discussions at Ofgem's Code Administrators Working Group (CAWG) by Elexon, National Grid and the Joint Office. Any comments on these drafts would be more than welcome.
