In order to achieve the intent of Modification 0672S – Target, Measure and Report Product Class 4 Read Performance, a minor update is required to amend TPD Section M 5.9.18 (introduced as part of Modification 0672S) to clarify the rules regarding submission of Valid Meter Readings that would qualify for the Target Read Performance.
