0655S - Requiring a Meter Reading following a change of Local Distribution Zone or Exit Zone

This Modification would require the Central Data Service Provider (CDSP) to provide a Meter Reading in the event that the Local Distribution Zone or Exit Zone was amended for a Supply Meter Point.
