To create a Workgroup to conduct a review and assessment of the consequential impacts to the UNC, DSC and associated UK Link processes as a result of the Ofgem Switching Programme (OSP). This would identify and consider changes that are required to UNC arrangements and UK Link processes that are not going to be directly considered by the OSP.
