This Modification would revise the method of the determination of National Grid Entry Transmission Services Capacity Reference Prices and introduce a new flow-based Transmission Services Entry charge (payable by all Users). The purpose of these changes is to achieve a greater degree of year on year stability in the pricing of Transmission Services Entry Capacity and reduce the overall price differential between Existing Contracts and NonExisting Contracts.
