Modifications

This is an enabling modification, which seeks to create the necessary permissions in the Uniform Network Code (UNC) to permit the release of domestic consumer data to Suppliers similar to the current arrangements that are in place for Price Comparison Websites (PCWs) (as per UNC Modification 0593V -
