Modifications

The purpose of this modification is to correct a minor typographical error in the UNC0638V legal text where a capital “M” was incorrectly used when describing the Meter Read Frequency. This amendment seeks to amend “Monthly” to “monthly” to better reflect the solution set out in 0638V.
