Modifications

This Proposal aims to select a specific date on which to calculate the Formula Year Annual Quantity (AQ) for the Formula Year AQ effective from 1st April 2021 only.

To ensure Entry Capacity acquired by Users at the Bacton ASEP, prior to Bacton splitting into two ASEPs, can be used flexibly via the introduction of an aggregate overrun regime following changes to the NTS Charging Regime

To allow incremental NTS entry capacity to be surrendered.

To enable the transfer of NTS Entry Capacity booked at “capacity abandoned” donor Aggregated System Entry Points (ASEPs) to alternative recipient ASEPs where there is unsold entry capacity at the recipient ASEPs.

At the UNC Modification Panel meeting held on 19 November 2020 it was determined that Modification 0736A should be issued to a new Workgroup for assessment and be renumbered to Modification 0746
