Modifications

This Modification proposes changes to the Uniform Network Code (UNC) to incorporate additional commercial arrangements for the operation of Interconnectors with additional storage capability.

This Modification seeks to introduce a framework for derogation as a concept in the Uniform Network Code (UNC), defining when and how these can be requested (Use Cases),, as well as the process around consideration and approval or rejection of derogation requests. Also includes a Use Case for ‘Net

This Modification seeks to enhance the existing schedule of allocations for within-day NTS Firm Capacity products to allow Users greater access and flexibility to purchase NTS Capacity.

To allow the new AUGE sufficient time to develop a robust AUG Statement in accordance with the Framework for the Appointment of an Allocation of Unidentified Gas Expert, (AUGE), and to rollover the existing AUG Table, repeating the process undertaken previously for the 2013/14 & 2016/17 AUG Years

This Modification will amend the name of the “Class 1 Ratchet Charge Guidance Document” to “Distribution Network Operator Designated Class 1 Guidance Document”.
