0882S - Transparency of non-standard Gas Quality parameters at new entry connections to the NTS

This Modification seeks to enable greater transparency where a new entry connection to the National Transmission System (NTS) requests a “non-standard” gas quality specification, outside of the published NTS specification. This is to be more consistent with the rules for consultation at existing sites, whilst not impacting the connection process timelines adversely.
