0635 - Reforms to incentivise accurate and timely DM reads for Class 2 Meter Points to improve the accuracy of Unidentified Gas allocation

This modification proposes to reform the daily metering settlement mechanism for Class 2 Meter Points in two areas:

• Increase the scheduling charge to incentivise accurate submission of daily metered nominations.

• Implementation of financial incentive to ensure shippers and transporters provide daily read for 97.5% of DM sites in their portfolio.
